Stop smoking
Stop smoking in pregnancy (NHS)
Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for you and your baby. More women quit smoking when they are pregnant than at any other time during their lives.

Support to stop smoking
Smokers who stop with support are three times more likely to succeed. You can receive support to stop smoking from your midwife and from local stop smoking services.

The Healthy Family Teams from the NHS Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust provide care for children, young people and families from before birth to their late teens. They provide this service when needed and regardless of where people live in Nottinghamshire.
