We offer a range of activities thoughout the month
Guidance and Growth is a community interest company whose aim is to support young to middle-aged men with their mental health.
We offer a space for gardening in various locations around Nottingham and a woodwork workshop in Lenton.

First, Third, Fifth Monday - 5-7:30pm - Woodworking
Second, Fourth Monday - 10:30am-1pm - Woodworking
First, Third, Fifth Tuesday - 10:30am-1pm - Woodworking for men living with or in remission of cancer

First Saturday - 2pm - Chill and Chat in the Park - Lenton Rec near the peace Garden

All garden spaces have a flat access at the entrance, once in the garden some have slopes and steps to access some areas, we have planting beds that are designed to be used while seated.
Costs
Most of our sessions are fully funded, so of no cost for the attendees - see website for session details and costs
