A semi-detached bungalow in the south of Clifton with 3 bedrooms.
Bedrooms include a television, overhead hoist and adjustable height bed.
Shared Wet Room facility with overhead hoist and a changing bed available if required.
Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen are open plan and open onto the rear courtyard which is suitable for people who use wheelchairs.
Kitchen includes a low work surface to enable people in wheelchairs to take part in food preparation.
Assistive technology is available in each bedroom if required.

For individuals to attend the service they must be eligible for Adult Social Care and have an open case with the Whole Life Disability Team in Nottingham City.
