Aebal Leisure - For Adults With Mental Health, Autism, Learning Disabilities

Overview

We provide mainstream community activities to help promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Aebal is a Nottingham based outreach support service specialising in small group support and social outcomes. We are also experienced in providing one to one mentoring to help people work through difficult thoughts and feelings around identity and where they fit into the world.
Our approach is to provide progressive and unconventional support for unconventional people.
We work creatively with each person to help them develop happier and healthier mindsets, reduce depression and anxiety and become more confident and independent out in the community.
Our service is accessed by adults and young people with mental health conditions, autism and mild to moderate learning disabilities.
