Anti-Trafficking & Modern Slavery Event - Nottingham

Overview

Saturday 22nd April, 11am - 3pm

The Anti-Trafficking & Modern Slavery Team are on the road! During 2023, we are holding 9 events across the country to celebrate & champion our amazing volunteers, but to also raise awareness of Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking. One of those events is in Nottingham on Saturday 22nd of April. Anyone is welcome to attend and we have free tickets on sale via our Eventbrite page. The event will consist of the following:-

To start, we will be celebrating & championing our current volunteers. Come and join us and see how we value our amazing volunteers!
We will then break for some food & drink. This is a chance for everyone to mingle, chat and get to know each other!
Later on we will be hosting a 'What is Modern Slavery' workshop to raise awareness of Modern Slavery, during this session you'll be able to learn more about what modern slavery is, you'll be able to hear from some of our current volunteers & hear about the work The Salvation Army do to support survivors of Modern Slavery!
