Overview
Every Tuesday 10.30-11.15
Come and join us for our weekly strolls at Attenborough Nature Reserve. Take in the views, chat to someone new and enjoy the benefits of walking in nature. Everyone is welcome - no special equipment is needed (though we do recommend trainers and a water bottle) and the route is accessible. Just meet our friendly Walk Leaders at the apron (the place with the picnic benches between the visitor car park and the Nature Centre) to get started. The walk will follow the circular Tufted Duck trail (marked in red below) and is 3km / 1.9m in length.
The Nature Centre has a cafe, shop, toilets, baby changing facilities and our newly developed Nature Garden with bird hide. PArking chargers are as follows:
- Up to 30 Minutes – free
- Up to 2 hours - £3.00
- Up to 4 hours - £4.00
- Over 4 hours/all day - £5.00
(exempt for NWT members, staff, volunteers and those with an NWT parking permit). For details about the reserve and how to get there - https://www.nottinghamshirewildlife.org/attenborough-plan-your-visit
