Meetings provide an opportunity for social interaction with people sharing common problems. A varied programme includes talks from medical practitioners, social activities and outings. Breathe Easy is part of the British Lung Foundation (BLF).
For people with lung conditions, their carers, family and friends, in Nottingham and district.
The Nottingham Breathe Easy Group has been running for over 19 years andwe provide :-
mutual support
helpful information and advice on lung related issues
time to chat, socialise, form friendships and have fun.
People who join will have the opportunity to enjoy:-
a programme of speakers on health related and other general topics
outings to local events and attractions
trips to the theatre
a luncheon club
exercise classes
occasional coffee mornings.
