Overview
Our Brighter Futures service supports people with learning disabilities, Asperger's or brain injuries to maintain and thrive in their own homes.
The service can support people who:
have been assessed by Adult Health & Social Care but are ineligible for statutory services
have a history that shows they might put their accommodation at risk without intervention and support
have a need that is likely to require longer term but low level housing- related support.
We work with people who have a wide range of support needs, such as Autism, learning disabilities, Asperger's or following a brain injury, or where they don't meet the criteria for statutory adult social care, among others. We can help with finding accommodation, accessing specialist services, budgeting and claiming benefits among many other things.
