We need Carers to join our informal discussion group. Our aim is to support Carers to drive the implementation of the 2023 - 2028 Joint Carers Strategy.
If you're interested in influencing decisions and reviewing progress, this is the group for you.
Our priority areas for 2024 are:
GP Practices
Support for Parent Carers
Support for carers of people who are end of life
Identifying and supporting hard to reach carers from minority groups and communities Young Carers & Young Adult Carers
Meetings are held online (via microsoft teams), fortnightly, tuesday mornings
Microsoft teams can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet or computer. We can provide support getting set up.
There is no expectation to attend every meeting
