Change Grow Live: The Place is the city council commissioned substance use & impacted by substances service for U25's. Our services are free, friendly, and confidential. We offer person centred support that is non-judgemental and suited to meet the needs of all service users.
Our offer:

Assessment and care planning for people 1 to 1 support
Support and signposting: Such as housing and employment
Group work sessions including impact and self help
Harm reduction advice and information Support for children impacted by parental substance use
Support for parents and carers impacted by drug and alcohol use

Volunteering Opportunities

Impact support: We offer an all-age support package to children, young people and young adults who are being impacted by another person's drug and/or alcohol use. The support is free and confidential, and we aim to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Outreach: Our service is available to those aged 16 to 25 in Nottingham City. We provide non-judgemental, fact-based, information and support surrounding drug and alcohol use and the associated risks.
Training: We offer training free for city services around substance addiction and the impact of, we can make all sessions fit your needs, whether it's Ketamine and cocaine or hidden harm. Sessions range from 2hrs to 4hrs, we can do either teams or f2f, we recommend f2f as it encourages better discussions.
