Overview
Proudly part of the Sparken Hill Academy site, Cherubs Worksop has been providing high quality early years care and education since September 2011. Spread across 3 age-appropriate rooms with 2 different outdoor spaces (including Baby Garden and Toddler) - this nursery really does tick all the boxes.
Their approach to early years, inspired by Montessori, Hygge, Reggio and Forest School has been reflected in the look and feel of the nursery and translated into the broad and ambitious curriculum for children. Children’s learning is planned and tracked using Blossom Educational software - and parents are encouraged to be part of their child’s nursery experience by downloading the parent’s app.
Cherubs Worksop is an all-inclusive early year's provider, fees are inclusive of:
- Biodegradable nappies and wipes - from Kit and Kin
- Sun Cream
- Healthy snacks and meals
- Amazing extra-curricular activities including Forest School, sports coach and baking/cookery sessions
If you’re looking for a wonderful all around nursery, with links to a local School, Cherubs Worksop is the nursery for you.

Inclusion
Special needs (children)
At Cherubs Nurseries, we have vast experience in successfully caring for children with special educational needs and disabilities. Our nursery has a dedicated SEND Coordinator (SENDCo) who works with our Local Authority and Health Professionals (Health Visitor, Speech and Language Therapist etc) to ensure all children receive the very best care. Our Childcare Team are well-trained in identifying any additional needs children in our care may have. If they identify a possible individual need, this will be discussed with you and together you can plan how best to support your child. The nursery SENDCo may be asked for advice in order to support the Childcare Team and your child. The SENDCo may also liaise with other professionals, with your permission, such as the Area SENDCo, the Speech and Language Therapist , the Children's Centre or the Health Visitor. This advice might involve meetings and reports in order to enable us to plan for the individual needs of your child. We have experience in applying for and being granted a variety of funding to enhance our environment to suit the needs of children with additional needs. On enquiry, we will be able to discuss your child's needs with you to ensure we are able to meet them during their time with us.
