Monthly meeting

We would like to welcome you to our Menopause gathering!
Our monthly meet up is there to offer support, advice and a place to share experiences with like minded people. This is really informal and you can pop in or stay the whole session. The group is a welcoming space where we chat and support each other with guest speakers attending some sessions.
We welcome people of all ages and experiences to come and enjoy a cuppa , cake and a chat
