Compassionate Care Team is an established, family owned , home care support service. We provide valuable support to people in Bassetlaw, Newark & Sherwood & surrounding areas. We specialise in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our support workers will provide an individualised service that you can trust. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualised care plan that fits your specific needs.
We are passionate about providing high-quality care, constantly improving, listening to our Service Users and nurturing our fantastic team of Support Workers.
At Compassionate Care Team we recognise that great care starts with great staff. That's why we offer all our staff accredited NVQ qualifications, regular training and 24 hour a day management access.
We work closely with local Social Work teams, Clinical Commissioning Groups, District Nursing Teams, GP's, Occupational Therapists and many more to maximise independence, work safely and achieve the goals of our Service Users.
