Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them, giving the one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions people need.
The free, confidential Admiral Nurse Dementia Helpline provides information, advice and support with any aspect of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. Our Helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm; every day except 25th December.

Our Closer to Home clinics give you the chance to discuss any questions or concerns with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, at a time that suits you. Appointments are free and confidential and available between Tuesday and Friday, from 9am to 4pm
