Funding Information
If your child is eligible for government-funded hours, please note that this covers childcare only. Additional hours, meals, and other services are not included within the funding and must be paid for separately in advance. We aim to keep our services affordable while continuing to provide a high standard of care and nutrition for all children.
We do not offer stretched funding
all funded places are term-time only. During non-funded weeks, full charges will apply. Additionally, we are closed on bank holidays and for one week at Christmas, which may include Christmas Eve depending on attendance levels and operational viability.
Our funding model is designed to suit the needs of our setting. We allocate funding to the first set hours on the first set days your child attends. For example, if your child attends Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and you receive 15 hours of funding, we will apply 10 hours to Monday and 5 hours to Tuesday morning. You would then be charged for the Tuesday PM session and a full day on Wednesday. Please note that on the Monday and Tuesday mornings, a meal fee will apply, as government funding does not cover the cost of food.
We do not offer flexible or alternating days or weeks. All sessions must be fixed, with the same days and times recurring each week. This consistency is essential for securing your childs placement, claiming the correct amount of funding, and maintaining the appropriate staff-to-child ratios whilst benefiting your childs daily routine.

Our meals are freshly prepared on-site each day using high-quality, nutritious ingredients. We strongly encourage children to have meals provided by us as it ensures a balanced diet in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which promotes healthy eating habits and social mealtimes.
