Compassion
Empathy respect and dignity are key to compassionate care. Compassion allows us to do even the smallest of things as long as they make a difference and increase the comfort of our service users.

What We Do
Domiciliary Care:
Domiciliary care is care at home. Instead of you moving to a care home, you will stay in your own home and we provide carers who come to help with person-centred care or everyday tasks. Our support will be personalised to meet your needs. We care for the elderly, the disabled, the unwell or those in need of extra help with everyday life. We have experienced staff who will cater to needs.
Supported Living:
We provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support. We provide help across a range of areas to enable individuals to lead more enriching and fulfilling lives. This includes community outreach services, support with becoming more confident, participating in community related activities and maintaining family contacts.
Live-in Care
Live-in care is when a carer moves in to live with you. The carer will meet needs as detailed in care plan. This can include personal care, daily household tasks and outings. A live-in carer is available 24/7 and will provide companionship for example having a chat over a cup of tea or sitting together to watch your favourite tv show.
Complex Care
Complex care is specialist support offered to someone with a chronic condition. We work closely with service users to develop a personalised care plan which meets your needs and ensures their desires are what we endeavour to attain. We regularly review care plans and update when requirements change.
