We fight for those who fought for us.
It is very simple for you to access our services! If you are a veteran suffering with a life changing injury or illness, or a loved one, reach out to us for support today by clicking the Get Support Button on our site https://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/. A member of the team will then be in touch with you and we take it from there.
Our operating hours will be 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays.
RECOVERY COLLEGE
Our Recovery College is the first to be designed specifically for wounded veterans and your families, with courses that will help you identify your ambitions and gain the confidence, knowledge and understanding necessary to achieve them
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
We're here to support you with your mental health and wellbeing. Our services include access to self-guided support, one to one and group therapy, all provided by our qualified psychological wellbeing therapists.
WELFARE SERVICE
Our Welfare Team is on hand with practical and emotional support, advice and guidance throughout your recovery journey.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT - GRANTS
If you are an individual looking for financial support to ease the distress caused by your illness or injury, Help for Heroes is here for you.
SPORTS RECOVERY
Our Sports Recovery Programme offers a range of competitive and recreational sports. There's something for all abilities to help you maintain an active, independent and healthy life.
FELLOWSHIP GROUPS
Nobody understands what you're going through better than those in a similar position. Our Band of Brothers and Band of Sisters fellowships offer support, camaraderie and a listening ear.
VETERAN'S CLINICAL SERVICES
Our Veterans' Clinical Service assesses your individual clinical needs and delivers professional support.
