IT For Improvers

A follow on course for individuals who have the basic IT skills but wish to progress onto further topics such as Word, Excel, Internet.
This is a learn at your own pace course where you can get advice and guidance on further careers and IT progression routes.
If you're looking for a part-time course that gives you skills you to add to your CV, enriches your social life, furthers an interest, or keeps your hand in with learning, then you've come to the right place.
These courses are best suited to adults aged 19 or over, and many will be fully funded (subject to eligibility criteria). We run courses at various community venues and at some of our campuses.
You could choose a short taster programme to introduce you to a subject area. This would be a great starting point if you want to go on to study at a higher level. We also have more advanced courses in some subjects.
