Overview
Wednesdays at 6.45pm and Fridays at 7pm
Kettlebell sport is an endurance weightlifting sport that everyone can enjoy no matter your age or fitness level. From the basics, right through to learning the sport lifts, you will burn fat, get fit, and develop lean muscle. Half the session is focused on kettlebells, and the other half is fitness training. If you want to combine working out with a weight and doing cardio, then this is the class for you - both bangs for your buck!
The classes are led by me, Jude Freeman, Double World Champion Kettlebell athlete and certified kettlebell instructor.

Pay as you go available at £7 per session or you can buy a 10 Class Pass in advance for £55 (valid for 3 calendar months from 1st use). This Pass is valid across all Tonic Fitness classes.
