This support and therapy group is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals who are caregivers, offering a safe and compassionate space to share experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Whether caring for a loved one with physical or mental health needs, this group provides emotional support, coping strategies, and a sense of community. Facilitated by trained professionals, the group helps participants navigate the unique emotional, social, and practical aspects of caregiving while honoring their identities. It's a place to connect, recharge, and gain tools for self-care and resilience. Free to attend. Please book ticket (free)
