Living Well Social Care Services Limited is a domiciliary care service for elderly people (18 -65 years; 65+ years) and people with dementia and sensory impairment. We offer care packages to service users and their families who wish to remain living in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible. We also offer our services to those who have been discharged from hospital requiring intermediate or long-term care. We are based in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire areas and beyond.
