Overview
Various days and venues
Low impact exercise classes for older adults (50 plus, or younger for those with health conditions that prevent them from accessing regular gym classes), who want to remain independent for longer by increasing their strength, balance and flexibility. The classes can be completed seated or standing or a combination of both. Small, fun and friendly groups, that are totally different from going to a class at the gym.
