Early Years provision for Newark Orchard School from 3 years old
Newark Orchard School is a special school catering for pupils aged from 3 to 18. The school provides for a wide range of complex needs in brand new, purpose built premises It offers a range of facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, an immersion room, sensory room, soft play, life skills, vocational skills along with range of specialist curriculum rooms including Food Tech, D&T, Art and Science
Our vision statement is ‘Individual Growth for Individual People’ and this is at the heart of everything we do. The curriculum we offer is tailored to meet the individual needs of our pupils. The school works in partnership with all stakeholders, including the mainstream schools in the Newark and Sherwood area.
Our ethos is based on developing confidence, resilience and the skills in order to equip each pupil to achieve their full potential.

Our curriculum offer, inspires and supports our pupils to become the most successful and independent adults as possible. Our differentiated pathways allow our pupils to gain qualifications which demonstrate their understanding and ability in different areas of the curriculum.
