Nottingham Recovery Network (NRN)

Nottingham Recovery Network is a free, confidential drug and alcohol service working with Nottingham City residents who are over 18. We provide advice, support, and treatment to anyone who wishes to change their relationship with drugs or alcohol. People can self-refer by attending our drop in service (no appointment is needed) or can, be referred by other professionals.

Following an initial assessment, we offer brief and extended advice, structured treatment programmes and psychosocial interventions. We also have an extensive group programme and structured day programme to support the person to reach their goals. If suitable, we can also prescribe substitute medication and refer someone for a medicated detox and rehabilitation.

We are not an abstinence-based service. Using a person centred approach, our aim is to guide people through support and treatment options that are right for them, at the right time.

Nottingham Recovery Network Professionals Training

Nottingham Recovery Network (NRN) offers free training to all health and social care professionals supporting Nottingham City Residents, including alcohol identification and brief advice (IBA).
