Overview
The helpline is open Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm & 4.30 - 7.30pm, Saturday 10am - 1pm.
If you are aged 18 or above and have experienced rape, sexual violence or childhood sexual abuse, either recently or in the past then we are here to help you.
Our wide range of services includes our helpline, counselling and therapy services (including CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy), email support, group support and our online self-help programme. We support those wishing to access the criminal justice system, including attending court, through our ISVA Service. Our Survivors Support Service provides support for survivors of institutional child sexual abuse. We also support family members, carers etc who are supporting people close to them who have been affected by sexual violence or abuse.
Our services are available to all people regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation etc. We have accessible rooms and will tailor our support to meet your needs. Services are available by telephone, online and in-person. Appointments are available daytime, evening and on Saturdays.

We work from two locations. Our main office is at Nottingham Women's Centre on Chaucer Street and we have additional counselling rooms, support space and offices around the corner on Clarendon Street.

Our services are provided free of charge.
Referral
People can self-refer via the helpline or the contact page on our website. They can also ask for a professional to refer on their behalf (eg a GP, support worker etc).
