Overview

We believe in providing inclusive opportunities where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered.

We use sport and physical activity to:

  • Increase self-esteem
  • Build confidence
  • Improve fitness levels
  • Meet new people

We provide:

  • Safe and supportive environments
  • Mental health and wellbeing support
  • Inclusive social and sporting activities
  • A cuppa, chat and a biscuit or two!

Sessions involve a mixture of mental wellbeing activities, workshops and support in combination with physical wellbeing activities, ranging from dancing, circuit training, guided gym work, seated and adaptive exercise, yoga and mindfulness activities.

  • Tuesday 1:30-3pm Queens Walk Community Centre, The Meadows, Queens Walk, Nottingham, NG2 2DF T
  • Thursday 10:30-12pm Cotgrave Leisure Centre, Woodview, Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire, NG12 3PJ
