School term times only and take place every Friday of each calendar month
Group Facilitator Frances welcomes all parents, carers and their networks for peer support, advice or just to be part of the group for anyone who may be struggling with their mental health, from conception through to birth and beyond.
You do not need to book.
Times and availability
Free, face to face group support, drop in and listen or talk about your feelings after having a baby in a safe peaceful kind enviroment.
