Overview
Bright Start Therapeutic Services provides play therapy for primary aged children around North Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate counselling service for children who are presenting emotional and/or behavioural difficulties, which may be spilling out into their everyday lives as worrying behaviours. This may include children who have experienced loss, trauma or changes within their home lives etc.
We accept referrals from parents/carers directly and professionals working with children. Therapy sessions normally take place within the child's school.

Costs
Therapy may be funded through school pupil premium or social services e.g. adoption support fund.
