I provide individual therapy, group therapy and outdoor therapy as well as supervision and CPD workshops. My aim is to support you to feel more resourced, regulated and connetced where you have the opportunity to explore whatever is important to you, discover new understandings and create meaningful change.

Psychodrama Group: Wednesdays 6-8pm at Sherwood Methodist, Devon Drive, Sherwood, Nottingham


Clinical supervision online, in person (indoors / outdoors)
