For children/young persons with SEND aged 8years -16 years
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any child/young person attending FOR NOW must be able to weight bare during transferring and supply their own incontinence and hygiene products. Any medication due during the session, a parent or guardian must come to administer.

Times and availability
Any child/young person attending FOR NOW must be able to weight bare during transferring and supply their own incontinence and hygiene products. Any medication due during the session, a parent or guardian must come to administer. Children/young persons must bring a pack up and drink with 2 additional snacks (no nuts or any other common allergens) All children/young persons must be dropped off and picked up by a named responsible adult and must produce ID on collection, late collection after 3.20 pm will require an additional charge. Introductory taster slots are available but limited if you feel your child/young person would benefit, parents/carers are to attend these and be solely responsible for the child/young person throughout the attendance. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the end of the session ready to collect your child/young person. Any cancellations must be given with 48 hours notice. All additional forms sent via email before attending the first session. We reserve the right to cancel a booking after revising a childs/young persons All About Me Form if we feel that we cannot safely provide the childs/young persons care in the best interests of that child/young person.

The venue does have parking but spaces are limited with disabled access.when you turn into the car park, follow it all the way round and you will see the venue, staff will be there to greet you on arrival.
