Office open Monday to Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm
A 2-course lunch every Thursday at St. Helens Church Hall at a reasonable cost to anyone over 55, this includes any carers accompanying a person.
This is preceded by Movement to Music 10-11 and there is an activity or talk after lunch.
There is a Christmas Lunch with entertainment each December.
You are able to book on to other activities and trips provided by the Helpful Bureau
