The Reading Doctor intervention is a specialised programme designed to help your child become a confident, independent reader. We begin with an in-depth initial assessment that identifies your child's strengths, gaps in learning, and preferred learning styles. This allows us to tailor our approach to meet their specific needs.
We focus on nurturing your child’s self-belief with genuine, precise praise and positive, child-friendly language that encourages independent thinking. Our professionally designed and produced resources, unique to us, promote independent learning and problem-solving, engaging pupils through a multi-sensory approach that makes reading simple and enjoyable. We cover comprehension, handwriting, phonics, spelling, and writing composition.
Times and availability
Age Range: Reading age of 4 years to 12 years.

My reading room is in my conservatory with it's own separate entrance to the side of the house. There are places for 3 cars on the drive, the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Carlton.
