Overview
Vivid Care (formerly Yorkshire Care Equipment) is a British manufacturer of specialist seating, handcrafting chairs since 1972. We help people who spend long periods sitting, including those who are hoisted or living with dementia, stroke, MND or other long-term conditions, to sit comfortably and safely and stay part of everyday life at home. Products include care chairs for people who are hoisted, riser recliners, bariatric seating, profiling beds and pressure care mattresses, and manual and powered wheelchairs. We work with people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and across the UK, with free assessments at home or by video call, and delivery and set-up included. Assessments and demonstrations are free, with no obligation. Equipment can be bought or hired; prices depend on the product and options chosen, and we give a written quote after assessment. Servicing contracts and finance options are available.

No referral needed. Contact us directly to book a free assessment, at home or by video call. We also work with occupational therapists, case managers and care teams.
