The Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Mental Health Crisis Line is available any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 0808 196 3779 any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service is for people of all ages who are experiencing a mental health crisis and need urgent help. You’ll speak to a local health worker who can help you get the right support.


Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Mental Health Helpline

Available 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week. This helpline is for anyone who needs emotional support or information about mental health services in Nottinghamshire.

Support is provided by trained mental health workers. They can offer advice, signpost to other services, and talk about common issues like anxiety or low mood.
Professionals can also call for advice on supporting someone with mental health needs.
