A Personal Assistant is required in the Mansfield area to provide support to an individual with daily living activities.

The role will involve:

- Providing practical support with daily living tasks.

- Offering encouragement, motivation and reassurance.

- Supporting the individual to maintain their independence, routine and wellbeing.

- Providing friendly, reliable and person-centred support.

Hours of Support: 2-hour visits on 2 days per week. Days and times to be discussed and agreed with the individual and their family.
