Support required for a person in their 60s living with schizophrenia and diabetes in Nottingham, for 13 hrs per week.

Schedule to be discussed with client's primary carer.

·       Support with meal preparation

·       Support with domestic tasks, including some cleaning

·       Help organising daily correspondence to support primary carer.

·       Personal care

·       Shopping

·       Social inclusion.

·       Occasional dropping-off at appointments.
