Complain or comment about a service provider listed in the SEND Local Offer
If you wish to make a complaint about a service or provision that you or your family have accessed, please first refer to the provider's published procedure.
This can usually be found on the provider's website. If you are unable to find a copy through this route, then please ask the provider for a copy, which they should make available to you.
